Traditional Chinese Clothing

Here's what Samara will likely be wearing for her baptism:

Here's the pretty dress we picked out for Victoria:

Here's the handsome outfit we picked out for Austin:

We still need to get some Chinese clothing for Mike and I but we have lots of time for that.

And of course, another picture of our cutie patootie sound asleep. She's actually on her back with no fingers in her mouth! It didn't last long though. I always place her on her back when I put her down to sleep but soon enough she turns over to her stomach and the fingers go right into the mouth.

Hi,
Glad to see you've discovered Shamian- lots of great shopping isn't there? As for Samara, she certainly looks to be settling in with you. I teared up when I saw her wrapped in the hotel crib blanket asleep- that was Kimberly just a while ago. When do you leave for Beijing?

Hi Karen et al,
I'm home from Immanuel and wanted to tell you that the Children's message went well. I have ordered a tape copy so you can hear it yourself. I showed some of Samara's pictures to those in church who don't have computers. You were also in the bulletin and mentioned in the congregational prayer. So your Immanuel family is praying. love from a minus 28 degree windchill day. Marianne Bailey

Hi Karen, Mike and Samara

I must say that reading your blog has become the most enjoyable part of my day. I hearing about what you are doing and love looking at the pictures...surprise surprise. My two favourites are the one of Samara smiling in the baby bigjorn with Kare and the one of her smiling at Mike. Hopefully you have been receiving my emails as well. Love you, Christy
